Due to O-Si-O Skeleton, this material has high mobility.
The bounds between the chains are weak, the material does not crystalize when it is stretched, and it is rather eccentric.
In contrast to other synthetic rubbers, this material’s chain does not retain carbon molecules. It contains only silicon and oxygen.
This material’s resistance against burning is low. However, this material provides quite high resistance against the effects of oxygen and ozone.

The material’s resistance against oil and fuel not good.
The material’s resistance against corrosion and physical properties is not good.
Does not react to ozone, UV and atmospheric conditions

Provides perfect resistance against heat in dry environments.
Fire extinguishing properties.
Provides perfect insulation against silica that emerges as a result of being subjected to fire long period of time.

Areas of Usage:
This material is preferred in the medical industry as does not presents any physical harm.

Long term: -60 C° + 220 C°
Short term: -80 C° + 250 C°
