Production

Pre-formation
The raw materials are pre-formed before the production. Depending on the type and form of the product to be used, the plans are generated from barwell or extruder machines and these are formed into seals, tubes or plates in accordance with the specified measurements or dimensions. Pre-formation of raw materials to be put into the mold is carried out by means of cutting them in square or rectangular shapes with the automatic cutter.
Within the scope of our production, pre-formation of dough is carried out for materials weighing between 0,5 gr and 1.000 gr.

Vulcanization
The prepared dough plans are put into pre-heated molds; the vulcanization process of the products is carried out under designated temperatures for specified period of time, both of which are determined depending on the type of raw materials and parts.

Finishing
At this stage of production, the products are taken out of the molds, and then the product wastes and external/wide burrs are separated from the product by means of using trimming devices such as scissors and skewers. There may remain certain amount of fine hackles over the product surface. Such fine hackles are removed at the stage of “deburring”.

Post-Cure Oven Drying
For some raw materials, vulcanization process does not provide sufficient scorching, therefore, such materials’ vulcanization processes are completed by the application of post-cure process.
Depending on the type, size and form of the raw material, the process of post-cure may take 4 to 24 hours.
For example, FKK is a type of raw material that certainly requires post-cure process.
Apart from that, VMQ may also require this process, depending on the context.

Deburring
This process is applied on the products whose finishing and post-cure operations are completed, for removing their fine hackles on the surface. There are two types of deburring processes, one of which is called nitrogen deburring, the other is called water deburring.
The deburring process to be used is determined depending on the type of product and raw material.
The most important issues in nitrogen deburring are; the coldness temperature of nitrogen, cycle of the machine and the waiting period of the material in the machine. The temperatures vary between -155C° and -145 C°. The machine cycle varies between 500 and 800. The waiting period is approximately 10 minutes.
As for operations of water deburring, along with special ceramic stonesthe products are situated in the machine cell, in which polisher and water flows. The surface burrs of the products are removed thanks to these stones, which rub against the products in constant circulation of the machine.

Quality Control
The products are measured and prepared for shipment in accordance with the specifications and requests of our customers.

Shipment
After barcoding procedure, the products are packaged and put into suitable boxes in compliance with packaging instructions. Then, the second one of the invoice copies is put into those boxes. The boxes are tightly strapped with tapes. The purpose of putting the second copy of the invoice in the box is make sure that our customers receive their invoices if anything happens to the one on the outside of the box.
After the address information, company name, province and weight (kg-deci) of the shipment are taped around the barcode, the boxes are referred to cargo area. Concerned cargo will pick up invoice and box from the area and proceed with the shipment.
